Key Responsibilities

Operations

• ●  Collect waste from customer sites, which may include frequent manual handling of bins
• ●  Completing visual inspections on the ground and surrounding areas on the customer premises.
• ●  Adhere to site customer site requirements
• ●  Dispose of waste at a licensed and approved waste
• disposal depot
• ●  Ensure collection and disposal of waste is always within
• safe operating procedures and contract requirements
• ●  Lead by example and promote correct recycling methods
• ●  Maintain vehicle in safe and operational order
• ●  Complete vehicle checks in accordance with safe operating
• procedures
• ●  Drive vehicle in compliance with licence requirements and
• regulation of the relevant state/territory roads traffic authority pertaining to the vehicle required for the role, and Veolia policy and procedure
• ●  Ensure you hold the appropriate licences to undertake your work
• ●  Notify Operations Manager of anything that may impact on validity of your licences
• ●  Be familiar with requirements of customers contract/s
• ●  Collect and review daily run sheets and ensure all
• instructions are understood
• ●  Resolve any incidents relating to the contract service
• levels, ensuring the Operations Manager is kept informed
• ●  Ensure customer premises is left neat and tidy
• ●  Un/Loading vehicles in accordance with daily runsheet
• requirements
• ●  Complete daily customer reporting spreadsheet
