Key Accountabilities: This role will hold the following key accountabilities under supervision and with support: Office Assistance/Management
Stationery orders, general office ordering, board preparation, cleaning, kitchen refills, signage and general office tasks.
Arrange office meetings such as booking and preparing venues, agendas, materials, catering, minutes etc.
Assist with incoming/outgoing mail ,fleet management and coordinating facilities where required. Organise couriers.
Support company team members with queries about office management.
Contribute to the Health and Safety plans and COVID plan of the office.
Ability to coordinate phone/email enquiries to office personnel and keep records of conversations and actions as required.
Oversee and coordinate meeting preparations, including preparing agendas and follow up actions.
Diary and email management as required, as well as helping coordinate calendar management
Undertake a variety of administrative support functions including day-to-day business processes utilising a range of different technologies – with capability to learn new processes and procedures.
Provide support and assistance to the wider company where required.

Languages other than English are a bonus
Police check & Pre-employment misconduct will be conducted with successful candidates
Must be Australian or NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
No previous Certificate 3qualification (unless part of VCAL and you will need to provide evidence)
Proof of double COVID 19 double vaccination
