YOUR ROLE

Are you ready to spearhead transformative communication strategies? We're on the lookout

for a vibrant and strategic Change Lead to ignite our team with creativity and innovation. As

the successful candidate, you'll be at the forefront of crafting dynamic communication plans

that captivate audiences and drive organisational success.

Here's what you'll be doing:

 

 Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, from employee communications

to project SMEs and business leaders, to develop and execute cutting-edge

communication plans and materials.

 Elevating project and program communications to new heights by evaluating and

enhancing delivery strategies for maximum impact.

 Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a culture of

collaboration and communication excellence.

 Energizing our communication efforts by constantly evaluating and improving our

approach to change communications.

 Ensuring our internal communication guidelines are not just followed, but infused with

creativity and flair.

 Leading the charge in establishing a clear decision-making framework for

communication processes.

 Providing invaluable support to project teams in crafting communication plans that

resonate with diverse audience segments.

 Bringing your passion for storytelling to the table by assisting with project/program

level reporting to showcase our successes.

 Proactively identifying and addressing risks in change communications, turning

challenges into opportunities for growth.

 Driving collaboration and engagement across multiple projects within our dynamic

Portfolio.

 Championing adherence to our Change Framework and Value Delivery Framework,

ensuring every communication reflects our commitment to excellence.

 This is a 12 month Fixed term role near any of our major centres across New Zealand or

Australia.

ABOUT YOU

 

We are looking for a strong communications professional who will really hit the ground

running with the following experiences;  

 Extensive Program and Project Communications experience- minimum of 10 years of

change management experience, including experience with financial services and/or

Insurance.


 Strong internal communications knowledge and skills

 Ability to build stories and narratives that are engaging and informative.

 Excellent stakeholder management and engagement.

 Internal and external communications experience.

 Tertiary qualification/s in Communications or related fields.

 Deep passion for storytelling and building others capability to do this well.

 Knowledge of change management methodology.

 Experience of working with vendors and creative agencies.
