Your Role
You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders, including competitor insurance companies and uninsured parties, to identify and negotiate recovery opportunities. Your role involves managing risks, adhering to regulatory requirements, resolving disputes, and supporting broader customer service needs in Short Tail Claims. Additionally, you’ll focus on maximising complex recovery opportunities to ensure commercially beneficial outcomes, balancing cost containment with legal and compliance obligations.
Your IAG journey commences on 20th January 2025. This permanent full-time opportunity offers hybrid working conditions that support a mix of working from home and office. This is a 37.5 hour a week rostered system between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm. With our offices placed nationally you will have the choice for your base location.

About You
You’re adaptable to new systems, skilled in negotiation and dispute resolution supported by the following:
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective time management
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet and exceed company guidelines and performance targets
• Capable of managing inbound and outbound call volumes efficiently
• Previous experience in insurance is highly desirable but not essential
