Carlton Football Club, in collaboration with Great Southern Bank and Kinaway, are excited for the return of an exciting program in 2025!
Take your business knowledge to a whole new level through this initiative exclusively for First Nations people.
This program is created by, and in consultation with, First Nations people and organisations and is at no cost to participants. You will be supported by mentors and presenters with strong, demonstrated experience in business.
Program eligibility
Applicants must:
• Be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent, identify as a First Nations Australian and be accepted as a First Nations person in the community which they identify or live
• Demonstrate a strong connection to the First Nations community of which they identify and/or where they live
• Desire to be a leader and improve leadership qualities
• Have an interest in starting a business or have a business in its early stages
• Able and committed to six days of face-to-face learning in Carlton North
